    Can't reach it via RDP? Did you enable RDP access for your account and add a firewall exception for it? Ping to Google is because it routes it to France then to USA (yes, it shouldn't but this isn't related.)

    Why do upstreams in the region suck so bad?

  • Not really @jarland I do 16TB /mo paying 18 SGD with LW for 2x4cores vps . I've seen them go close to 200 mbits :)

    Is crazy how their DC connectivity is so limited, but at a personal level every has 1Gbps as standard and can happily make use of it with no issues.

    Yeah totally agree, Singtel do have a big monopoly out here which makes it hard for other networks.
