I've been with UltraVPS since their last Black Friday offer (2016-11-26) and can highly recommend them.
Disk and network speed is great, CPU performance is decent, and support has been quick (response time between 6 minutes and 3 hours, even outside business hours) and friendly.
I don't remember any downtimes (so they were either short enough not to notice them, or there weren't any at all), and my ticket history is only about having them set an rDNS entry for my IPv6 and getting my affiliate link changed to ultravps.eu (instead of providerservice.com, their up-market brand).

My usual benchmark (run on the Black Friday offer, 2 cores, 2 GB RAM, 50 GB HDD, 3.33€/month) with some manual adjustments because I had to run it on FreeBSD now supports FreeBSD:

You might notice they are one of the only two providers I promote in my signature, and that's not (just) because their affiliate program pays well. ;)
So, as an alternative to their own 20% for 3 months code, here's my affiliate link for 15% for 6 months: https://www.ultravps.eu/?pdid=OB58554O545DO6331C64

Sign up using that link and I'll get 15€ account credit once you've spent 15€. :)

Edit: Modified the benchmark script to support FreeBSD natively and re-ran the benchmark.

I love my UltraVPS BF yearly with 30gb SSD.

Best ROI on any purchase here at LET besides the online.net specials.

It has served me with 5 nines uptime for openVPN use , and always gets me the lowest latency routes to Europe even on a 3G isp.

I think they peer with Leaseweb too.

Would get some more if I needed to Cluster some high-mem KVMs.

Nice to know that 3.78 euro/2GB-ram is just a click away.

If you'd like to give me some account credit for one-off VMs , use mine https://www.providerservice.com/?pdid=OB585446575DO6331C64 https://www.ultravps.eu/en/?pdid=OB585446575DO6331C64

(15% off for the first 6 months of your order)

Looks like I used the wrong shell to run the script…
    Here you go:

    CPU: SHA256-hashing 500 MB
        6.214 seconds
    CPU: bzip2-compressing 500 MB
        10.301 seconds
    CPU: AES-encrypting 500 MB
        4.988 seconds
