Will I be renting or owning ip's with a RIPE membership?
I need to know if you will now permanently own ip's after RIPE gives you them. Ive read tons of information from the site but they word everything in such a lawyer type way I dont understand.
So look here's what I think so far: I will pay RIPE 2000euro, then pay 1200euro every year. They will give me a new /22 every year that I will Own?? I will possibly get back the 2000euro signup fee in 1 year? Also there was something they said like you can pay 50euro to request another block??
So I know the above is probably very wrong but this is what I came up with after reading the site.

No. By signing up with them, you get the block so long as it is active.
No, renewal is 1400EUR.
No. You get 1 /22, nothing more, and never any other (so no replacement). And v6 space, a /29.
No, you never get back the setup fee in any case.
No, that refers to PI blocks which are not given out anymore since RIPE is empty.
If you buy a PI block from someone the maintenance fee is 50EUR/year to RIPE. If you buy PA space you do not pay any additional fees to your LIR costs.
This is like the most wrong interpretation i have ever seen, and RIPE is out of all RIRs BY FAR the most easiest to understand. I hope you never want to sign up for Afrinic.
@william does it allow purchase IPs from other ripe member ?
Yes, but you cannot open a LIR and immediately move space - there is a waiting timeframe of, depending on situation and origin of space (former transfer, legacy, normal PA of 185, PA of before last /8...) of 12-36 months.
PI can be sold at any time to anyone.
How many people do I bribe for a /19 or /18 to announce in an ARIN region?
None, ARIN is empty.
You do not get any from RIPE in that size, and from Afrinic you get emails to stop foreign usage after some time, and then revocation.
As we know though this is not applied equally to everyone, but getting that large in the first place is extremely hard by now - If calculated through the % used out of region is also by the insane size not extremely high, which might fly around the rules:

https://bgpview.io/prefix/196.52.0.0/14 - LogicWeb, another IP seller front used (if not owned by) by methbot/ad scammers (note the "Amsterdam residential" bla bla stuff)
Supporters of them include (and should be avoided for any services + assumed as criminal):

Some prefixes are spoofed as announced on Choopa/Vultr - if traced the last endpoint is always an NTT/Cogent peering IP which is not Choopas endpoint:

Some entire /16 netblocks have only Comcast/ATT/Verizon etc. as whois set with not a SINGLE legit IP in the entire allocation:

Hey William,
Your statement is 100% false. We're a legitimate company incorporated in NYS in 2004. There's no "front" and "Amsterdam Residential" is a legitimate client of ours, their subsidy.
We own the legacy block 196.52.0.0/14 alongside another 5huge subnets with ARIN as well.
You should do proper research before making assumptions like "scammers" and "IP seller front".
You might not be a scammer but you do sell and lease ip addresses to just about anyone, and 'IP Leasing' seems to be a large part of your business.
