Looking for a KVM in Europe

I'm looking for a KVM vps located in Europe. I'm planning to use the vps purely for personal use (Anything from php development to Minecraft servers). 1GB should cover it, but 2 GB wouldn't hurt. I also don't need a lot of storage. The only payment method I can use is a Maestro debit card. I'm not planning to spend more than ~5$ monthly. Any help would be appreciated.

    1GB plan fits in with NVMe disks and E3v6 CPUs should be alright for Minecraft

    I use the Arubacloud plan, €1 monthly... all their servers are in EU. 1GB of RAM on that plan. Check it out? http://arubacloud.com I'm not sure whether it accepts your said payment method or not.

    My service with them so far has been quite great - but I've been using them for only a few days so can't say really.
    It also uses VMware KVM

    All offers sound great. However...on all of these hosts i can't seem to find Maestro card support(or any other debit card)... Can I even use a debit card for online payment? I won't get my visa card for a couple of weeks so I am stuck with my Maestro card...

    If you want speed and quality, then choose their cloud vps. I have them now in 2 month, and I am more than pleased!

    Dear @Pero, all our credit card payments are processed by Paypal and Maestro is accepted by them.

    Go with the ultravps 2GB with SSD. (more ram + fast IO will make most intended use-cases fly.)

    • they effectively give you access to 40 gb SSD on that (10gb root partition is standard for all their VMs I think)

    I'd pick Amsterdam, since most of their Dusseldorf traffic (used to?) transit via AMS anyway.
