VPS hosts that can announce IP blocks? (besides Vultr and HostUS)

I'm curious, for someone that owns a /24 and wants to use it on a VPS host, what hosts besides Vultr/Choopa and HostUS are there that support this?
Just wanting to know what's out there

Why would you need a /24 on a VPS?
We can happily do IPv4 on Dedicated and IPv6 Abdul IPv4 on Cloud in London.
We can do it in Bulgaria.
