VMStormVPS?

Does anyone here has a vps with VMStormVPS? Is your vm online?

This is the second time that this happened to my vm. It is not responding and the vm doesn't even appear on their control panel. It looks like it was deleted again :(

Already sent a support ticket. I guess I just have to wait for days again just like last time. :(

    I got a reply. They said that I requested for a cancellation which I obviously did not do. Why would I even ask why it is offline if I asked for a cancellation.

    I bet they accidentally deleted my vm and now they are saying that for an excuse.

    Maybe they still have your data :p do they keep backups?
