I think you need to stretch your budget a little. It's a fairly recent server and on top of it you require a /27.
Either way, have a look at our Sale in London, perhaps one of the similar offers would suit you.

If you can be free /27ips
IPs are not free, they cost quite a bit to source. We're far from 2012 ;-).
We can certainly supply a /27, but that won't be free.
