Looking for offer: Yearly KVM in Europe, 128MB RAM, 5GB disk

As the title says, I'm looking for a new yearly KVM VPS matching the following requirements:
- vCPU: 1
- RAM: 128MB
- Disk: 5GB (HDD or SSD, doesn't matter)
- Monthly bandwidth: 1TB+
- Port speed: 100Mbit+
- Location in order of preference: Luxembourg > France > Romania > other
- OS availability: Debian 8 or CentOS 6
- Budget: <= 9$/y
I'll be running a private proxy, nothing else.

You didn't mention dedicated IPv4, so check IH NAT KVM out, but that's 3GB storage and location is NL (i3D SmartDC). I highly doubt you will get requested one within you budget, except kind of exclusive and limited offers on special occasion like BF or Easter, for example.

Used two of different sizes and they worked pretty good - they are NATed, but you didn't mention an IPv4 as requirement.
However, the smallest package only comes with 3GB of SSD cached disk space and going with the 256MB RAM package exceeds your budget...
But if you are fine with 3GB too, you can't go wrong with them!

You are going to have to wait next Black Friday then with no 100% success rate on top of that.
Why waste IP space and money if all you want to do is run a private proxy, you would only be using 1 port on the entire IPv4 address anyway so a NAT VPS should be absolutely fine?
