Hotmail dont like my IP

Has anyone any experience with Hotmail and their blocklists ?

I switched to a new VPS provider recently and all it would appear the IP I have been given has upset hotmail at some point in the past.

We've tried contacting Hotmail and they previously said there is no problem and the IP is fine, but as the logs show below, clearly its not :(

SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL
FROM:<my@customer> SIZE=8756:
host mx4.hotmail.com [65.55.92.168]: 550 SC-001 (SNT0-MC3-F25)
Unfortunately, messages from my.ip.address weren't sent. Please contact your
Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list.
You can also refer your provider to
http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

Has anyone managed to get the machine at Microsoft to work ? They seem very unresponsive and don't seem to care :(

Unlike my customer, who is having a nightmare cause they cant contact anyone at Hotmail addresses :(

Thanks

Nik
