Hotmail dont like my IP
Has anyone any experience with Hotmail and their blocklists ?
I switched to a new VPS provider recently and all it would appear the IP I have been given has upset hotmail at some point in the past.
We've tried contacting Hotmail and they previously said there is no problem and the IP is fine, but as the logs show below, clearly its not

You can also refer your provider to

Has anyone managed to get the machine at Microsoft to work ? They seem very unresponsive and don't seem to care
Unlike my customer, who is having a nightmare cause they cant contact anyone at Hotmail addresses

Try contacting them again - it might get picked up by someone else.
Are you using DKIM and SPF ?
Put your IP through a RBL checker like http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
If it's listed, inform your provider and request a clean IP -- assuming you're not the reason it's there

You may not be on a RBL currently, but you can use our RBL monitoring to get an alert if you do ever get on one. Better to know sooner than later.

I had this issue before with some VPS. Now I just relay my mail through mailjet. It's free for up to 200 messages/day or 6000/month which is more than enough for my personal mail.

Yeah relaying through another host, such a PITA when this happens..
I tried my last option, a friend who works in the hosted exchange team at MS, if that don't work, its mailjet or a new provider
@nikc if you like PM me your ip mail setup is an art now do it for various level of compliance testing for multiple clients and try to have a normal sleep schedule.
