That depends on the package. For KVM HDD Limited it is 7 people.

If others aren't using it, you can use it all you like. There's no cap.
Shared CPU usage for other providers generally means you can never use your core to it's full extent.
BTW nice KVM with So much HDspace in that cheap price.

Yup. You are able to create VPS with Windows 2008 R2, 2012 R2 and 2016 templates. If you need other Windows, like 7, 8.1 or 10 I'm pretty sure that Michael could mount your .iso.
