I'm looking for a high cPanel IOPS ( maybe 5~10 mbps )
Preferably with decent DDoS protection like 10 GBps.
Space = 5-10 GB
B/W = 100 GB +
Budget = 10 USD monthly.

If you need high IOPS and you're a DDoS magnet I'm afraid you're best suited in a VPS with a specialised provider.
this particular site was ddos'd once in the past year, and it went down, but I'd like not to have that occur again, I will consider a VPS tho, thank you for your replies

Is the only issue the DDoS as if that is the case I would consider maybe a reverse proxy? A VPS is always a good option but again it depends on the site its self.
CF Free will do basic DDoS mitigation and you can use the same provider?
