I noticed this when debugging OCSP's - GlobalSign should rethink moving out of CloudFlare's infrastructure.
Good to know, really wanted to know what was causing it.
How is LET/LEB accessible now? Did they changed nameserver or is cloudflare actually back online? I see other sites are still down.
Searching for www.lowendtalk.com. A record at ken.ns.cloudflare.com. [173.245.59.127] ...took 21 ms

@imagine damn it.we posted the same info at the same time What a coincidence!!
Yeah, although it reads as though the rule was "correct", just that it didn't work properly (obviously).
Though, I doubt we will find out whether it was human error or software error.
No way! This guy made a rule that was 140% effective!
It mitigated the attack entirely, and blocked legitimate traffic.
Too bad they don't support a third NS record. I understand it would circumvent CF optimization and be a vulnerability, but many CF users rarely encounter ddos.
http://blog.cloudflare.com/todays-outage-post-mortem-82515 <-- explanation of the outage. One of the really nice things about Cloudflare.
Anyone using CF anycast dns only with the orange cloud off? I suspect these users may have stayed online with resolver "smart" caching (such as open dns smartcache).
Otherwise, if using the cf reverse proxy/cdn/dns then all your eggs are in one basket.
I have for a bunch of my sites, and didn't see downtime, but I'm not fully sure as I was sleeping.
woops, guess I'm still sleeping... Zzzz Zzzz
Yes, was down using Google DNS to resolve.
@Microlinux open dns smart cache kept me up (cf dns only).
My sites were down for about 4 minutes.
Our main site was down for 20 minutes :S
I literally just switched to CF. What a welcome
Their website is down now, yet AGAIN -.-
Edit: 3:17 PM - It's back online.

You do realize that cloudflare isn't down right, that it is the control panel down. When we say cloudflare is down it means no one can access anything behind cloudflare. Like your web site.
no downtime for me. i just use the dns and disabled all other fancy crap they have
