looking for vps ram:1gb-2gb cpu thread :8-16+, ssd: 10gb+ budget $7-15/m for php based website (heavy traffic), location LA/seattle. (centos 7)

it will use a small CPU % (for about 10-30%), but it will bring a high load average maybe it will exceed 1.0 (since it has too many httpd connections) on peak time

I don't want to install cache since it is dynamic web, only use .htaccess (mod_expires.c) for some static resources right now,

    ended with using 2 good vps and has the same A record but different IP for DNS round robin, so far so good.
