what am i doing wrong? (irc hybrid + hybserv)

I been following this guide:
No matter how much I lurk my conf (already tried restarting them various times).
nickserv wont popup on the server
is there a reason to this?
here's both my confs (ill change the passwurd later)

inspircd+anope=win.
I'm an InspIRCd + atheme type of guy.
atheme is also cool.
just used to anope for years now... at the end it comes down to that.
That combination is completely win
Your server name can't have spaces.
Also, real men do Shadow+atheme.
never used inspircd, but anope works great.
What´s with all the InspIRCd people :< (I hate InspirIRCd)
Use charybdis + atheme.. shadow if you like +haq

I never tried it and I don't want to. Let me find a feature chart, wait hang on no.. I have been on IRC networks with InspIRCd. Still don't like it.
