Looking for vps with linux (centos 7 pref.)

Current host is having problems with high traffic coming from the SEA region.

Location: California, USA.

Budget: ≤ $100/month

Billing period: ≤ Yearly

Disk: anywhere from 50-100gb SSD

Cores: 4+

Ram: ~8gb

    You could get an E3-1240 with at least 16GB RAM, 10TB BW with that budget, why stick with the VPS?
