Portuguese IP for TV Streaming RTP
Hi folks,
I am looking for a way to watch geoip restricted shows on rtp.pt. I don't care if its via a vps, shell hosting or a webhosting package with ssh enabled. What is the cheapest idea you could think of? Traffic will be very very low as it's not used very often.

I thought of something way cheaper than that as I wouldn't even need a dedicated ip, hdd space and ram. Any ideas?
