I'm getting the same result as OP on my Opera 11.50.

All seems fine for me using Firefox
Probably a problem with Opera since people are getting problems only with Opera.
Maybe the lack of < ins > tag? Not 100% sure because I never used the tag before but maybe it should look like this:
