Wait, did the pricing change? I could have sworn some of the SSD packages used to be more expensive. I tested out one of the Netherlands vpses and the performance was great!

  • Giovanni M. is great.

The DDoS protection in Netherlands mitigates up to 480 Gbps.

You use the i3d DC in NL, and they do not have any DDoS protection:
    https://www.i3d.net/datacenter/
    https://www.i3d.net/network/
do not mention it even once anywhere on their pages.

The peculiar 480Gbps number you posted is actually the well known OVH's filtering capacity (and that's 3x160 Gbps across three DCs, more by now): https://www.ovh.com/us/anti-ddos/hoovering-up.xml
But that's only for your FR and CA locations at OVH, not the NL one which he asked about.
Soooo are you trying to pull a fast one, i.e. openly lying, or just incompetent in your own offers?

I appreciate your comment. We do colocate with SmartDC in Rotterdam (https://www.smartdc.net) and the information regarding DDoS protection is actually according to the staff own words; so I'm afraid none of your assumptions were correct.

Besides that, we also use traffic mirroring across internal servers to drop suspicious traffic.

We are happy to provide a free trial in case you would like to test the network; just drop me a PM if you are interested. :-)

  • Would be nice if you put out some special LET packages. :)

Do you follow RFC 6177 (minimum IPv6 assignment size)?
Obviously not going to happen on OVH, but what about your NL location?
