I need an unmanaged server for one year or more. I will be installing and running some repo like nexus oss owncloud. Can you provide a KVM VPS meets my needs? The specs are:

I think you have to reduce the memory capacity or increase the cost. If not, you may get a slow and unstable server.

This is probably still unrealistic. You can get an 8gb kvm (6 Atom cores) for 10 euro/m from Scaleway.com, but it's in France, so no idea about the routes from there. Otherwise you probably want Los Angeles. The stuff I know of that's any good will probably be 20-30 usd/month. Maybe there's alternatives though. Or you might be better off with a cheap dedi, again starting around 30/month.
