Rocket.Chat. Never heard of them till now, but I like their concept of being opensource.
I suggest you to look for a developer on freelancing sites like fiverr.com, freelancer.com, and truelancer.com. You could find someone easily over there.
On a personal note, ask http://myworks.design for a quote through their website or skype(id: myworksdesign). I bought a whmcs plugin from myworks.design, their service is awesome. They may be able to help you.
