[Looking For] 256MB KVM VPS to be used as an L2TP/IPSec VPN

I'm looking for a small KVM VPS with about 256MB of RAM which I could use as a private VPN for personal use. It would need to be in the United States.

Other than that I really don't need any disk space, 1GB would be fine, and I don't need much bandwidth, 200GB would be fine.

Let me know of any offers.
