Low-end VPS in NL

Hi, I need a low end VPS in The Netherlands for web server purposes only.

Pricing: Max $12/year

Preferably in a big data center (DDOS protection would be great), no Liteserver, no NAT VPS, good bandwidth and rDNS configurable. I hope these "requirements" are okay.

    Is there a fee for the RAM doubling? Also, how much can the DDOS system handle?
