Well, almost members here do not know a city in VN I think, so SG country code should be Singapore :-)
I think one another option is @dediserve. Just ask them nicely to utilize some of public offers that they posted. ~ $8.23 for 2G RAM public cloud or $6.99 for their 2G RAM KVM. Very solid performance in my experience.
