  I just get this today.

  First off, thank you for your patronage and support of TACServers. Personally, I needed a break. Openstack was a huge undertaking for our team, and while an amazing platform, our desire to run the newest releases of the various software that makes up Openstack, caused many bugs and other issues in the actual management of the platform. All your data is safe (and intact!), the servers still secure and in our possession. We are working on setting up camp again, with the same focus on performance, reliability, transparency and accountability that we were once known for.
