Is ESXi an absolute requirement? KVM should work just fine for you.
I'm also fairly sure that Hostigation has a Microtik ISO available to install in their Los Angeles location, which should work great for you
I would look for a provider with NTT in their blend, so you can take advantage of great Asia bandwidth.

they are at Los Angeles, and I have one VPS with them for a gameserver with a lot of asian players, so this one may work for you.
