  for windows 2012 sever you need a minimum 30GB in fact more if you keep updates. a 80GB kvm would be most basic and suitable. 2 cores and 2GB ram or more.

  bullsh*t i run server 2012 r2 on vultrs $2.50 which is 512mb ram and 20gb disk
