Brazil?
Amazon Brazil?
Most of the traffic is back-hauled to Miami/LA. You would have to find a very good peered DC to take advantage of low latencies down here. What do you need it for?
The latency...
Most of the traffic originates from Brazil/Argentina so I am not so much worried about what happens to the routes outwith the region.
check http://exoticvps.com/
Edit: sorry missed part about not Edis. Had to work the morning shift after 3 hours of sleep... think I am still half asleep.
some locations are fake. like Mexico, those vps are in usa
Yeah, I knew about the exoticvps list, trouble is knowing who is reliable on it.
@dedicados - but still it's pretty good list
@W1V_Lee - if you need proper VPS in South America it will cost around ~20-35USD for example http://www.wixhost.com/CloudComputing or http://www.virtuaserver.com.br/ or http://dattatec.com/site/sp/brasil/hosting-servidores-virtuales-vps
Thanks will check them out, I am not looking for a low end box for this, but people here tend to know where to look, appreciate due to the location it will cost more.
And AWS?
AWS in Brazil has shi**y connectivity - WIX: http://bgp.he.net/AS53013 Dattatec: http://bgp.he.net/AS27823
Sorry if hijacking (Central America, I know), but are these .US or actually hosted in Panama? http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1239182
Panama.
Fake implies intentional deceit. It does appear that you are correct and I have removed Sandino. I try to verify hosts before I list them (most of the hosts I look at don't make the cut), but some unfortunately slip through.
If there are any other incorrect entries, the quickest way to let me know is to use the contact page - http://www.exoticvps.com/contact.php
Wow, great site.
Mexico isn't exotic? u_u
Thanks, glad you like it!
Mexico is exotic but I have unfortunately not been able to find any VPS hosts using data centers in Mexico. If anyone knows any, I'd be happy to add to the site.

Data Center
USA.Orlando DC2
The point is that they are a company you want to stay far away from.
I currently have a VPS with HostDime in Mexico City and Joao Pessoa, Brazil. The service is absolutely horrendous. I'm currently looking for a new provider.
I was on PrivateLayer for a while. The support, although slow, was helpful, and the price was really good. The server was actually in Switzerland but they also had some VPSs in Panama at LEB prices.
@kdmtc, can you tell us the SPEC of the Mexico VPS ?? also the price if you can.
