VortexNode Review - Toronto KVM
Even though I've only had this VPS for a day, I've already many positive things to say about VortexNode's Toronto location.
The speeds in Canada are spectacular, and for me, I get latency rates of around 20ms.
Here's the specifications and network performance:

Support
Even though I'm paying pennies a month, I still get support that responds within 15-30 minutes. Their support is great, and staff was cordial.
Uptime
No comments on that so far, since I've only had this VPS for a day (ish).
Overall
I think it's a fantastic server, since I needed a server that was nearby to serve content to local users. The network is a bit finicky in the Asia regions, but eh, for the price I'm paying, it's well worth it.
Comments
pennies a month? link please.
Might want to censor your public IP
I'm very happy with all the stuff I got there too. Which is why: @vortexmagnus We want moaaaarrr crazy limited offers
That looks like one of the $10/year Tier 1 xmas promos, no longer available:

It's not that @willie, and @MasonR thanks :P
@JoeMerit
By the way, if you want one, it's a custom plan so you'd need to go contact support for it.
Same here. Super pleased with everything I have at VortexNode. Would love to see some crazy offers from @VortexMagnus!

Dammit. I got it for $1.99/month -.-
Ah well, I snagged one anyway. Thanks @WSS!
It's gone now. Guess they didn't intend to leave it available- or they just met their quota.
I remember there was a 1.99/month plan that was somewhat bigger than the 10/year plan. 1gb ram and 40gb hdd or something like that iirc.
I got one.
Hey @VortexMagnus - I need some of this action in Toronto. Hit me up.
Me too. I thought my order got through. But client area no pending service and no unpaid invoice. Account successfully registered tho.
