DNS zone not saving settings

hello, i am trying to save my nameservers on DNS zone editor, but it's not saving my settings
it just says "Modifying Zone ..." and when i go back to settings nothing changed. is there a way to fix this?

In cpanel? Which one you are trying? Advance zone editor?
yea, in WHM
Do you need to manually change the serial number in cpanel or does it do that automatically for you? I forget.
it did automatically for me
so, no one knows how to fix this?
Try using the old "Advanced Zone Editor" and see if it works or not.
Remote DNS cluster? Try what WSS suggested
Also, you can try contact cPanel support for consulting. It's free for all cPanel customers
please in cpanel go to advance zone editor, from there you can set your DNS.
i have done with advance zone and it has worked . please do follow .
i did that and worked on cpanel
but for some reason when i try to access file manager
the link goes back to the reseller
