DNS zone not saving settings

hello, i am trying to save my nameservers on DNS zone editor, but it's not saving my settings
it just says "Modifying Zone ..." and when i go back to settings nothing changed. is there a way to fix this?

    Do you need to manually change the serial number in cpanel or does it do that automatically for you? I forget.

    it did automatically for me

    Try using the old "Advanced Zone Editor" and see if it works or not.

  • Remote DNS cluster? Try what WSS suggested

  • Also, you can try contact cPanel support for consulting. It's free for all cPanel customers :)

  • please in cpanel go to advance zone editor, from there you can set your DNS.

    i did that and worked on cpanel
    but for some reason when i try to access file manager
    the link goes back to the reseller
