Why not ? ... With all respect, if you are a freelance or a small company website you dont need, always, 10 core, 10GB Ram and 2000 GB Monthly Bandwidth for your site. Sometimes a Representative site is all you need (+ backup ofc) explaining your custom services, how to contact you and this sort of things.
