What is the process for bgp after my arin account has been approved ?

This is something you will have to work out with your provider (Assuming they support BGP for customers) or your network carrier.
What are you trying to accomplish? Once you have your resources you establish peering with an upstream and you start advertising your space.
Nothing, as ARIN will not give you IPs anymore IIRC.
You can get on this huge waiting list that ARIN fulfils once someone return space or they get some stuff from IANA, but that's likely years now.
