Load Balancers

entrailzentrailz Member, Host Rep

Hey guys,

What is the current "go-to" for a decent load balancer?

Looking for something where I can have multiple instances across different hosts, and it will spread the load across all of them.

Just wanting to get an idea for I deploy a website I'm developing.

Thanks.

  • Currently using HAProxy for all of my frontends. Varnish with HAProxy runs even better if you spend the time to configure it correctly.

    Hey,

I was hoping for more of a "managed" solution, like AWS ELB or something, but for multiple providers.

Sadly they only support their own platform... maybe I'll have to look into HAProxy and learn it ;)
