Looking for Pro VPS for WordPress

I will be very grateful if somebody can give me information where can I find best Professional (Enterprise, Premium...) VPS (99.9% uptime) with this or similar characteristics:
- must be in EU (Nederland, France or Germany)
- KVM virtualization
- 2-4 cores
- 4 GB RAM (option for upgrade)
- SSD storage ~ 50 GB
- Bandwidth more then 2000GB
- Port speed 1 Gbps (100Mbps)
- 2 IP
- CloudLinux
- LiteSpeed preferable or (Nginx + Apache)
- No mail server, just option for sending mail from forms.
- No DNS management
- Free SSL Http2
- Basic DDoS protection
- Control panel, preferable DirectAdmin (Plesk Onyx Web Pro, last cPanel) No any Auto installers
- Managed (server and control panel) or Unmanaged but with option for for extra server tuning and Hardening per specification, for extra payment, but must be done from inside hosting company. All installation and WordPress management I do by myself.
- One Daily backup and one manual snapshot
- Server will be use for hosting up to 20 middle and mostly small WordPress websites, (just my clients websites no reselling)
- All tuning and Hardening need to enhance security and speed of WordPress installations
It will be very preferable that hosting company is at least middle size hosting company, if not some of big and major one. Vary bad experience with one-two man's hosting providers:(
For price... let say I am not expecting any serious offer under $50/m.

I have used KnownHost.com for years, they really have good support, 24/7, and they offer servers in NL, but for your specs...it will cost you $70/mo

I suggest you check @Clouvider . While not exactly fitting everything, they are very flexible and will work with you to figure something out.

EDIT - Let me throw some thoughts on this now that I've read through it furhter.
You have nearly $50.00/month in licensing costs, nevermind the cost of the VPS/management. cPanel is $12.00/month, Cloudlinux is another $9.00/month, and Litespeed is going to be $20.00/month. You aren't going to get an 8GB KVM for $10.00/month short of someone hard up for some sales. We personally would be $30.00/month.
NGINX isn't easily integrated into cPanel, there's some modules for it but it's the definition of janky.
