Cloud-based service that supports snapshots

Hi,
I need a cloud based service like Vultr, DO that supports snapshot for the backup environment. The instance specs should be as follow:
- 512 or 1G ram
- 1 CPU
- 1 IP
- 10G SSD should be OK.
- Location: West Coast (LA or Seattle preferred)
- Price: $5/m
- Snapshot price: < $1/m, prefer free because I only need 1 snapshot.
- Support hourly billing
I have already got Vultr and DO instance and they are working well but I need to backup at other providers. I love Linode and Amazon but their snapshot pricing is pretty high.

You may try Scaleway but they are located in Paris and Amsterdam.
Have a try with bandwagonhost.com, you have 3 long term snapshots, unlimitted 30 days snapshoot.
With scaleway you do have to turn off the server to take a snapshot. Last time I used their snapshot feature it took a long time before it was done.
LunaNode meets all of the requirements expect for the location.
