It will run all the checks and tell you why your emails are going to spam.
Check if the reverse DNS is set for the source IP. Some spam checkers put mails into spam if the reverse DNS IP is not set correct. Also make sure the content is not actually a spam content
PTR should be same as hostname. An smtp test on MXtoolbox should show everything as pass. Also do an actual send test using mail-tester.com to see your spam score and verify all records are correct.
