I need the best for cheapest, I cannot choose one or the other but what is best quality overall but cheapest. I have no incentive to use full suite like whmcs or blesta

    Tawk.to is great but only lacks a chat queue feature (which most paid ones have), I've requested it a year or two ago to be added but it looks like my suggestion was ignored. There's no built in full ticket system though.

    Also using crisp.im been working great, just switched to their paid plan. You could use it as a ticket system as well but it's more aimed towards live chat.

    Just recently discovered Zammad, has live chat and ticket system built in 1. No real experience with it yet, only just set it up.
