duply ask my gpg password every time

Hi All!

After some hint in the forum i tried duply+duplicity. They works great except for one thing: when i launch duply it asks for my gpg password every time. And i didn't set a password!

So i can't put it in cron, because it requires user interaction.

What's gone wrong?

  • Found a solution. I post here for you all to see:

you need to set an enviroment variable with gpg password as this

    export PASSPHRASE="password"

It's a bug patched but debian squeeze has still an old version.

You could install the latest version from source...
