In general, I don't usually act unless I feel it is excessive to the point of possibly causing issues for others.
I need to have it in the terms in order to cover myself if I do need to act, you would be surprised how many people think they can use 4 cores 24x7 at 100% and run 3000 Disk write requests p/second none stop for €3.00 p/month.
