He might be selling user accounts in a Windows server and advertising falsely as Windows VPS.
One of the ip mentioned in the url is 35.160.183.231 which belongs to aws. He is buying aws credits for cheap and selling it as vps. I have read somewhere you get $1k USD worth of credits for $70 usd.
i'm using trial only got 1gb ram ,1core . so how to get more ? XD
