WTB: VPS on China Unicom network
I am looking for a VPS physically located in China, on China Unicom network, for the sole purpose of running traceroutes. Port 80 and 25 can be closed.
Minimum specs:
Virtualization: OpenVZ/XEN/KVM (does not matter)
256 MB RAM
3 GB HDD
1 GB data transfer per month on 0.5 Mbit link is enough
1 IPv4 address
Price: as cheap as possible 
but will consider all offers
I do not care about uptime (80% uptime will do just fine).
This must be in mainland China (NOT Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, etc).

Is a little difficult, because most of the data center will access, China telecom, China unicom, China mobile and BGP routing.In fact Chinese companies than American companies are more focused on the uptime.If you want to test, I recommend you to use www.webkaka.com/Tracert.aspx
