two letter tld domain registrars/agents
I'm looking for a comprehensive list of domain registrars/agents that offer two letter tld domain names. For example I know I can register .al domains with host.al, however, I cannot register it with Namecheap or Godaddy. So where can we find all the two letter tld registrars/agents? Thanks.

for a given one (say .xy), nic.xy is the first place to look.
Other than that it's sort of random. Gandi.net has a lot of them, and OVH has a lot, namesilo has some, while namecheap etc. have fewer.

I can help you with .sv tld domains, in order to register that domain you must live in El Salvador (As they manually process each order) and the company who manages such tld (www.svnet.org.sv) has a poor management system meaning that if you'd like to change the NS you will need to fill in a pdf form and send it to them over email.
