Looking for a vps located in singapore

Hello.
I'm looking for a vps in singapore, which I only want to use as my personal vpn.

So, 128-512mb ram & 10gb hdd would be more than enough.
Dedicated ipv4 is a must though.

My budget is around $5 but I can go up to $7 per month. openvz is okay as long as TUN/TAP can be enabled.
However, my problem is that I'm residing in Iran, so any potential provider should be willing to accept a customer residing in Iran.

Bitcoin preferred.
I can have a friend pay with his credit card, but I imagine it would trigger all sorts of fraud checks, and asking him to pay for my server in exchange of bitcoins is already big enough of a favor to ask, So asking for a proof of id etc. is too much for me.

Leaseweb singapore would work for you (https://www.leaseweb.com/cloud/public/virtual-server/) though I don't think they accept bitcoin, but a reseller like @ru_tld might be able to accept that, and I think he does a little discount, too.
