How to install 'XOR Patch' in Nyr/Angristan OpenVPN installer?

I could not install the patch. I really need this. Could you tell me how to install it? Thanks.

    These scripts download & install OpenVPN from the OS repositories (apt-get on Debian). Patched OpenVPN install requires that you download the sources, apply the XOR patch and compile OpenVPN yourself. The patch needs to be applied both on client & server side for XOR obfuscation to work.

    OpenVPN doesn't recommend it. What are trying to accomplish?
