Where to sell domain + website?

I'm looking to sell my website about these kimsufi templates, and I am wondering where I can sell this?
Or is anyone here interested in it? Send me a PM or let me know where I can sell this website.
I'm actually done with it, don't have much time anymorre for developing these templates and I would like someone to take it over for some cash as I really can use some right now.

A few clients have recently sold with success via Flippa, can't comment on any of the other places anymore.
I would be I interested for the right number.

flippa if you can prove value/income, otherwise, here with an assumed 0 income and it just a base to build from.
He writes on his site that he is sponsored by vortexnode.com so I also assume no income. But interested in how much bandwidth the site is using and other stats. (disk usage also)

But wouldn't that be charging people for Windows ISOs, which, I think, is illegal?
He has tried charging people before. Quite frankly from his history I don't think he's too concerned with something being illegal.
