I would suggest you to checkout ramnode as well. They have yearly plans.
I assume you've considered Amazon S3? It would cost $2.76/yr on Standard and $1.50/yr on Infrequent Access to store 10GB.
$0.005 per 1,000 files uploaded, and 0.004 per 10,000 files downloaded on Standard tier. Free upload bandwidth, and $0.09 per GB of download bandwidth. Infrequent Access is a bit more expansive.
They would undoubtedly be more reliable than a super cheap storage server. I am pretty sure you can load up enough credits for a year.
