Can OpenVZ(legacy) be installed and used on Centos7 just like Centos6?
I use Centos 6 and OpenVZ (personal use.. not in hosting business). I want to migrate to Centos7 as some container apps I am utilizing require it.
I read the info on OpenVz Legacy website - it states that only Centos 6 is supported.
However, does Centos 7 work with OpenVz(legacy) in day to day use? If yes, are steps any different? Does it keep the centos 7 3x kernel?
I dont want to move to new OpenVz from the new tech perspective.

I've not found an easy / support way to do it. Ended up moving to LXC based containers instead..
Thx. Based on your suggestion, I am trying to do the same. Im able to create a container and lxc-console log into it. Do you have any helpful scripts - esp to create bridged network (ideal) or nat?
