My Plex media needs a new home (paid annually)
Hello,
I'm currently using a seedbox with Plex but I have limited access and it's expensive. I have a yearly budget of $100 - $150 and need 4-8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 2TB Traffic, 100 or 1000 Mbps.
I will be the only one streaming/transcoding media so I don't need the best CPU on the market, but 3,500+ passmark score.
Location must be EU, something close to Norway.
I already know about Kimsufi, Online,net and Hetzner.

Sounds like you can use a kimsufi perhaps?
kimsufi or online.net are your best options. There is also zxplay but they are out of your budget and there is tim4vps and i doubt the cpu will pass the passmark score.
SATA-2 or 3 with Kimsufi?
