Why not just use the regular admin site through Chrome or Safari? I always use it through Chrome on my Android and don't have much of a problem with usability. The app they have has always lacked featured and stuff.
It was always rubbish anyway.
If it stopped working for you, ask their support for assistance.
Because it's not responsive and everything takes twice as much time from Safari.
I did contact support of course, just wondering if it's just me or everyone while I'm waiting for a reply
The app wasn't perfect but it was doing the job perfectly fine for replying tickets and processing orders
