Best Billing System for Offline payments
Is there a billing software that is perfect for a web hosting business where accounts are created manually by us, and clients pay in cash (offline). Features that I require is following;
- Creation of user's hosting account along with automatic invoice generation
- Keep track of customer renewals
- Easy recording/viewing of billing/financial details

WHMCS can do this(with a module), a few customers pay us using bank transfer, which is always preferred over other payment methods.
WHMCS can do all that. It also gives you room to expand into online sales. (Hate it when someone elses post doesn't load before you click post)
With such little requirements though it would only take a couple of hours to make from scratch.
