Maybe you can find more information with that name. Their whois is also public, and points to compactaweb.
The HK server locates in dediserve data center.
Latency between HK & other Asia countries is not bad.
However, the latency between HK and China is around 200ms for some reasons.
However, Singapore server is good.
PCCW upstream. Latency between Singapore & other Asia countries including China is around 130ms.
Servers in LA using Quadranet. Good enough for Japan. Mediocre for China & Singapore.
In Germany and the UK, I would say you can find better with this price.
VortexNode even offer 5 USD dedicated server.
However, they do have some interesting locations which may not be easy to find a cheap VPS.

But..... They do have some serious flaws which may ruin everything, intolerably slow ticket reply.
They put my VPS in LA instead of Singapore.
I opened a ticket 36 hours ago. Not even a single response. They only flagged it as in progress. I hope that they can fix it tomorrow morning.
